Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Tiger Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect address information.

For damaged parcels, please submit a damage report within 48 hours of delivery and keep the item, box, shipping label and packaging until the case is resolved.
